We would love to have your pet join you for photos on our grounds after the ceremony. While pets are not permitted inside the venue, we’re happy to recommend some nearby luxury accommodations where they can stay comfortably overnight.

Yes, we have a soft play area next to our café where you can enjoy a selection of food and drinks in a relaxed setting.

Yes, we do. We have a variety of wedding packages to cater to your every need for your wedding day. Should you wish for something not included in our packages, we are always happy to explore different options.

Yes, we have free on-site parking located at the front of the venue, including designated disabled parking bays.

Yes absolutely, we support all types of marriages. We are fully licensed here at Bowfield Hotel.

We require a 10%/£500 deposit to confirm your date, 9 months prior to your wedding we will require a further payment of 30%/£1500 and a final balance 1-month prior. You can make payments towards your wedding at any time.

Our availability is constantly changing. If you have a set date in mind, we would be delighted to check if it’s available. You can call our wedding team at any time on 01505 705 225.

When planning your wedding, your venue should be the first thing you book. At Bowfield Hotel, you can book your wedding at any time.  For the best selection of dates available, we recommend planning a minimum of 12 months in advance. However, our professional wedding team can book and plan your special day in as little as 7 days.
