Reformer Pilates is a dynamic, full-body workout performed on a specialised machine called a reformer. It targets individual muscle groups in isolation - from the abdominals and core through to the arms, glutes, legs, and back. Our reformer machines feature adjustable incline, a glide board, and dynamic cables, offering greater versatility than traditional setups.
