A Level 3 PT with a background in sports studies and coaching. She specialises in strength conditioning and discovered her interest for personal training through experiencing the benefits of strength conditioning on her own football performance. Sinead thrives on helping clients progress and building their confidence. She loves the Lat Pulldown Machine and shines in our Circuits class, fostering a supportive environment for clients to push their limits and achieve their fitness goals.
A fitness aficionado with a thrilling background as a former race car driver. Armed with a Level 3 PT qualification, he specialises in rehabilitation and movement. Aaron discovered his passion for personal training through his own fitness journey, having trained extensively in sports growing up. Aaron loves our new spin bikes, and his favourite classes are the Coach by Color® spin sessions. He gains satisfaction from helping clients reclaim their movement and enhancing their overall well-being.
Our Sports Science enthusiast armed with a Level 3 PT qualification and pre/post-natal exercises qualification. Specialising in periodisation, Dominic is driven by a passion for assisting others and sharing his valuable knowledge. Witnessing individuals achieve their fitness goals and fostering a healthier relationship with food are just a couple of reasons why he loves being a Personal Trainer. In the Health Club, Dominic is in his element at the free weights area. His favourite class is our Circuits class, combining cardio, strength and muscular endurance.
With a background in sports science and extensive coaching experience, she specialises in sport-specific weight training. Louise is fuelled by the joy of guiding clients, witnessing their growth, and celebrating achievements. Drawn to the culture of Personal Training, she finds fulfilment in designing tailored programs that empower clients to exceed their fitness goals. She loves the squat rack, reflecting her passion for Olympic weightlifting. She enjoys our Circuits class, appreciating its variety and functionality.
MB Fitness is the resident personal training company at the Health Club, offering personalised 1-1 & 2-1 personal training, including gym-based workouts, tailored nutrition advice, and daily support. The indoor and outdoor bootcamps offer dynamic full-body exercises. Mark ensures varied and engaging workouts in a supportive environment where like-minded individuals come together to achieve their fitness goals.
