Accommodation – Voucher valid in participating Manorview venues only, redeemable against bedroom and lodge Bed & Breakfast rate only. Not valid for dinner, bed & breakfast, or any other accommodation packages. Not valid for AURA Spa Breaks.

Vouchers cannot be used as a deposit towards future hotel stays. To be redeemed against accommodation, the hotel break must take place between January 2nd 2025 and February 28th 2025 (excluding February 14th).

Food – voucher is valid in participating Manorview bars and restaurants only and can be used for full-price food, including breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, and afternoon tea. Voucher is not valid for food at Brisbane House Hotel.

Drinks – the voucher is valid for drinks and hot beverages at 7 participating venues (please see above). It is not valid for drinks at Brisbane House Hotel and The Commercial Hotel.

Voucher is not valid to purchase food or drink during any wedding, private function, private event or party.

Voucher is not valid against weddings, private functions or events, health club memberships and children’s parties.

Vouchers cannot be used for any service at AURA Spa, Bowfield Hotel & Spa.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any sale item, special package or special offer.

Vouchers are strictly non-refundable.

Voucher use is subject to availability, and we recommend booking your preferred room or restaurant early to avoid disappointment.

Advance booking is required. We reserve the right to refuse any voucher payment if not declared or pre-booked prior to arrival.

Black Friday vouchers are valid from January 2nd 2025 until midnight on February 28th 2025, excluding February 14th. Vouchers automatically expire at 23:59:59 on February 28th 2025 and cannot be extended beyond this date.
