Manorview Hotels Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all bookings made with Manorview Hotels and Leisure Group, whether at, via the individual hotel websites or by telephone or otherwise.  Additional terms and conditions may apply for individual or group promotions throughout the year or specific dates. The relevant additional terms and conditions should be consulted.

When you make a booking, your contract (which shall include these terms and conditions) will be with Manorview Hotels Limited, which shall mean in these terms and conditions Manorview Hotels Limited, Bowfield Road, Howwood, PA9 1DZ.

Manorview Hotels Voucher Terms & Conditions

Thank you for purchasing a gift voucher for Manorview Hotels & Leisure Group.

1. The total value of your gift voucher purchase will be debited from your card at the time of purchase.

2. Our vouchers are non-refundable.

3. To purchase a voucher you must enter the details of a valid credit or charge card legally held by you. The Security Code of the Card must also be entered. Card details will be validated prior to the transaction being confirmed and the Voucher(s) being issued.

4. All successful online transactions are confirmed to the purchaser by email. Each purchase is given a unique transaction reference. Please use this reference if you need to communicate with the issuer regarding any purchase.

5. We do not accept responsibility for vouchers that are lost or mislaid.

6. The use of voucher(s) to purchase accommodation, meals or services are subject to availability. Supplements may apply at restricted times, for example, Public Holidays and Special Events.

7. Vouchers may be used for more than one transaction at participating Manorview venues. Cash refunds are not permitted.

8. Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash.

9. Vouchers must be presented on arrival at the venue.

10. Vouchers that have been altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted.

11. Expiry date is 12 months from date purchase, we cannot offer extensions.

12. Vouchers with limited or specified availability i.e. midweek only will only be accepted where they are valid and apply to the given stay.

13. The voucher purchase price is inclusive of VAT.

14. Where a transaction exceeds £500, we reserve the right in the interests of security to contact the purchaser and request further verification prior to the issuing of vouchers.

15. Vouchers are non-transferable and may not be resold or bartered.

Manorview Hotels Accommodation Terms & Conditions


A reservation is only guaranteed following the provision of a valid credit card number. No room will be held without these details.
Full payment of the total cost of the booking will be taken on arrival at the hotel, together with a pre-authorisation of £20.00 per night to cover any incidentals during your stay.
£20.00 per room per night deposit is required for all Wedding Accommodation and all monies paid are non-refundable nor transferable

In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the booking will be charged to this credit card.


General – Cancellation requests must be received by the hotel/venue by 12 noon, 2 days prior to arrival. All cancellations must be made in writing to the hotel.
Wedding – Cancellation requests must be received by the hotel by 12 noon, 7 days prior to arrival. All cancellations must be made in writing to the hotel.
Out with this time, the full cost of the first night’s stay will be charged and any additional nights booked will automatically be cancelled.

In the event of a hotel/venue is unable to open due to severe weather, guests will be contacted to offer rescheduled dates/times in the subsequent 14 days. Dates/times subject to availability.
All other cancellations are bound by our standard terms and conditions.

Full payment is taken at the time of booking and is non-refundable nor transferable.

Early Check-in Request
Where we will try out utmost to accommodate our guest’s request, unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we cannot guarantee this.

Manorview Hotels are strictly non-smoking hotels. Smoking in any of the Hotel’s public areas or guests rooms is therefore prohibited. Manorview reserve the right to demand the guest reimburse any associated cleaning costs, as well as loss of earnings from the inability to sell the room. Manorview, therefore, reserve the right to deduct these costs to the amount of a minimum of £50.00 from the credit card provided at the time of booking.

In the event that the guest has caused damage to the property or removed goods belonging to the company, Manorview reserve the right to charge the credit card provided for reimbursement of the damage/loss.

Manorview operates a NO pet policy

Bookings of 6 rooms or more are treated as Group Bookings and separate T &C’s apply.
