Profit Share & Party
Every person who's been with us for 12+ months gets a share of profits.
Every Manorview team member contributes to the success of the business. That's why every year 10% of Manorview's net profits are shared fairly amongst everyone who's been with us for 12+ months. The amount each person gets is calculated based on average hours NOT on job title or pay. So say for example a Housekeeper, KP and General Manager all work the same hours, they get the same amount!
We mark the profit share with a MASSIVE, all-expenses-paid team party, hosted in a secret location every January. It's one nobody wants to miss!
