FAQS About Our East Kilbride Wedding Venue

Yes. We highly recommend and encourage couples to take a tour of our venue before booking. Book a showround appointment to have a private tour of all of our wedding spaces and the chance to chat with our Wedding Coordinator about your wedding plans.

You can book a wedding with us at any time, subject to our availability. However, we don’t want you to miss out on your dream wedding venue, so we recommend booking in advance by at least 6 months.

We can accommodate up to 120 guests for your wedding ceremony and meal, and up to 160 guests for your wedding reception.

Once you’ve booked The Torrance as your wedding venue, you’ll have the chance to chat to your wedding co-ordinator about any decorations you want to add, as well as who will be in charge of setting this up. Our venue team can help if you have a small amount of décor to add, but for bigger set ups the décor supplier or a member from the wedding party will need to be in charge of this.

Yes, yours will be the only wedding taking place at The Torrance on your wedding day. Our wedding spaces will be exclusively booked for you and your guests for the entirety of the day.

We can host your religious, humanist or civil ceremony in our Torrance Suite with up to 120 guests, followed by a romantic wedding reception.

The venue is not exclusive use; however, our couples and their guests do have exclusive use of our wedding spaces on their special day.

Yes, your dog is welcome to be part of your ceremony and stay for photos! However, they will not be able to stay for the meal or overnight in the hotel.

Yes, there is a car park attached to the hotel. Your guests will need to register their car registration number when they arrive at reception.

We also have EV charging available.

As well as capturing all the special moments throughout your ceremony and reception, you can make use of our stunning Honeymoon Suite as well as the grounds and garden for your couple photos.
