RESERVATIONS GUARANTEE

A reservation is only guaranteed following the provision of a valid credit or debit card number. No room will be held without these details.

 

PAYMENTS AT VENUE

Please note we are a cashless business. All major credit and debit cards can be used for payment at The Tarbet Hotel.

 

CANCELLATION & PAYMENT TERMS 

Best Flexible Rates - A credit or debit card will be obtained at time of booking to guarantee your reservation, the card will automatically be charged 2 days prior to arrival when the cancellation policy comes into effect.  Cancellations must be requested by 12 noon 2 days prior to arrival in writing.

Advance Purchase Rates – A credit or debit card will be charged at time of booking to guarantee your reservation, the full room rate is non-refundable, cancellations are not permitted when booking on an Advance Purchase rate.

 

BEST RATE GUARANTEED

Book direct online for the best rate, guaranteed.  In the unlikely event you find a better rate publicly available anywhere online, we will ‘Price Match’ the rate and discount it by a further 10%

The lower rate must be found, and the claim made within 24 hours of making your original booking.

Price Match only applies to publicly available rates and does not include any 3rd party membership discounts applied to the public rate.

The lower rate found must be for the exact rate criteria meaning the same room type, same inclusions, the same stay dates, and the same rate description.  The cancellation policy and all other terms and conditions of the stay must be identical. The Price Match claim will be verified and responded to within 3 days of the claim being received.

OUR DOG RULES AND FEES

Dogs are most welcome in our Standard Double and Twin Rooms on the 1st floor of the hotel only.

Your dog is also welcome throughout the hotel, including our restaurant and bar; they must be supervised and controlled at all times, and must vacate the restaurant and bar by 7pm due to this being a busier period in these areas.

In your room, we would ask that your dog be kept off any furniture, including the bed.

Please hang the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the door or let our reception team know if your dog is in the room unattended.

When using hotel grounds or surrounding areas, please ensure you use a dog poo bag for any fouling.

We are sure you will make the most of your exploring with your dog, and a muddy, messy dog is a happy dog, but we kindly ask that you give your dog a good clean when entering back into the hotel and your room.

SMOKING

The Tarbet Hotel is strictly non-smoking. Smoking in any of the Hotel’s public areas or guests’ rooms is therefore prohibited.  The hotel reserves the right to demand the guest reimburse any associated cleaning costs, as well as loss of earnings from the inability to sell the room.  The Tarbet Hotel therefore reserve the right to deduct these costs to the amount of a minimum of £50.00 from the credit card provided at the time of booking.

 

DAMAGES

In the event that the guest has caused damage to the property or removed goods belonging to the company, The Tarbet Hotel reserve the right to charge the credit card provided for reimbursement of the damage/loss.

 

VOUCHERS

All Vouchers must be presented to Reception on arrival at the hotel.
