This month we celebrated Heartcount Day – the day we share our profits with our incredible team!

Heartcount is our profit share programme, whereby 10% of net profits are shared amongst every team member who has been with us for 12+ months.

The amount each person gets is calculated on average monthly hours worked, not on salary or title. This means that whether someone is a KP, Housekeeper, GM or Director; if they work the same hours, they get the same profit share!

Due to Covid restrictions, sadly we couldn’t have the whole team together to celebrate like we usually do. Instead we had a virtual party, and everyone in the team (even if they didn’t qualify for Heartcount this year) got a surprise box of goodies and a confetti cannon to celebrate at home and join us on our celebration zoom call! The team are also getting to use their Manorview gift card to treat family or friends to a meal out too.

We are so proud of our incredible team. They have shown such focus and resilience throughout the last few tough years. And wow do they deserve this profit share!
