Manorview celebrates their long-service team at special event
It may be Autumn, but we were keeping Summer alive with our holiday-themed long-service celebration event at Lynnhurst Hotel last month. All team members with 5+ years or more continuous service at Manorview (90 out of our 500 strong team) were invited to the special event.
Team members from across the venues arrived to our Johnstone hotel, and the red carpet was rolled out for these very special guests. Everyone received a special travel themed goody bag with prosecco, Toblerone and water bottle, with each guest also getting a special personalised luggage tag made by our talented partner, Toasty Type.
Everyone there had at least 5 years’ service at Manorview – with some guests having been with us since the very beginning and celebrating 18 years in their role! From chefs and housekeepers to wedding team, reception team and central support team, almost every role at Manorview was represented at the event.
While refreshing summer cocktails were shaken and delicious internationally inspired dishes were served on the buffet, our team were entertained by the super-talented, jaw dropping Cameron Young Magic. We’ve never seen so many shocked faces or heard so many laughs of disbelief! We were delighted to be joined by musician Jondi Mac and singer Teighgan who gave us a great soundtrack to the evening too. And of course, no holiday is complete without an ice cream so Martin from The Ice Cream Cart Company served up some delicious flavours – including a Dubai inspired pistachio and chocolate ice cream topper. Delicious!
The team were joined by our Chairman and Founder Steve Graham, who thanked the team for their commitment and loyalty.
It was such a feel-good event and we’re delighted to have the opportunity to recognise our amazing team. A special thank you to the team at Lynnhurst who delivered the event for our team.
