Wedding Open Days

You will be able to walk around the venue at your own pace to see all of our wedding spaces, or you can have a guided tour with one of our wedding team members. You will also be able to speak to our chefs, sample food and cocktails and meet a selection of wedding suppliers, to give you an idea of how your wedding day at Boclair House might look.

This Open Day is the perfect opportunity for newly engaged couples who don’t yet have their venue booked to come and see our wedding spaces and learn more about weddings at Boclair House.

As for couples who have already booked with us, our Inspiration Days have been created with you in mind. Reach out to attend our next Inspiration Day on 24th September. 

As our Open Day gives you the chance to see the venue and meet our wedding team, it’s great for couples to attend together as they start planning their dream wedding day. You are welcome to bring along a couple of family members or friends, as we know their opinion matters too! Please let us know if you are bringing additional guests with you.

You don’t need to bring anything with you or do anything on the day. Whether you’re newly engaged and are just beginning planning or you have a clear idea of dates or numbers, you’re welcome to come along and chat to our team. All you have to do in advance is register your interest using the enquiry form.

If you are considering Boclair House for your big day after attending, our team will book you in for a private tour of the venue and a one-to-one appointment to discuss your wedding vision.

Our Open Day runs from 12pm-4pm, and you can visit at any point between these times. Couples typically spend around an hour at the venue. Please indicate on the registration form what time you plan to visit.

Yes, Boclair House is an exclusive-use wedding venue, meaning the entire hotel will be yours alone, allowing you to relax and enjoy complete privacy on your wedding day. 

Our Wedding Viewing Days run regularly throughout the year and are an opportunity to book an appointment to view our wedding spaces with a private tour and meet with a wedding team member one-to-one. Our next Wedding Viewing Day is on Saturday 19th September, and you can book your appointment on the Wedding Viewing Day page.

Our Wedding Open Day is an opportunity for couples to visit between 12pm and 4pm and explore the venue at their own pace. Our wedding spaces will be available to access and you can chat to our wedding team, chefs and a few select suppliers. There will also be live music and food to sample to help you envision how your wedding day could look. You don't need to book an appointment, but please register your interest on the Open Day page.
