Amazing suite (we stayed in the Arran/ Honeymoon suite), exquisitely decorated in a golden Art Deco style with a supremely comfortable bed. The unique bathroom with a sky-high ceiling at about 7m is equipped with a rainfall shower and mood-lighting. Furthermore, the deep-soaking bathtub in the room is the perfect addition to the entire experience, especially with the built-in TV/radio system next to it. Other amenities include tea-making facilities (with a good selection) and also a separate coffee machine with included capsules.

My husband and I held our vow renewal and anniversary party at Boclair at the weekend. We stayed in the beautiful Arran honeymoon suite and several friends stayed overnight too. I cannot praise the events team and hotel staff highly enough for working so hard to ensure our night was a roaring success -everyone was blown away by the food, the customer service and the stunning suites and can’t stop talking about it. This is a really special hotel, and I would book another event in a heartbeat, in fact I’m hoping to do just that for a forthcoming family wedding.
