Our luxury lodges are located in the gorgeous 15th century town of Biggar. The main street, which still reflects its past as a market town, is lined with houses dating back centuries, independent shops, inviting restaurants, bistros and cafes, and some wonderful museums. On top of this, experience stunning panoramic views over the Clyde Valley, when you take a trip up the nearby Tinto Hill.
The mediaeval town of Biggar is just 50 miles from Glasgow, accessible via the M74 by car, and would take you around an hour.

Please note that we respectfully ask our guests to vacate their hot-tubs and outside areas and retreat to the comfort of their luxury lodges by 10pm. This means everyone can enjoy the peaceful calm our castle destination has to offer.
