The Ghillie Restaurant is inspired by our location. Since the 1800s our Castle has been nestled by the banks of the River Clyde, a spot loved by anglers and a source of salmon and wild brown trout.
We’re extremely proud of our heritage, and at The Ghillie we’ve captured the best of what Scotland can offer, all in one beautifully designed space.

Our festive celebration menu offers a delightful 2 or 3 course feast this December. Whether you are planning a family gathering or just fancy getting into the festive spirit with friends or colleagues, indulge in a feast full of Christmas flavours and make your festive season even more special. Perfect for everyone to enjoy—and will be the main menu for tables of 10 or more.
