Eligibility

The competition is open to residents of Scotland aged 18 years or over.

Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, suppliers, or anyone professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and request proof of identity, age, and address.

Competition Period

Entries open on Thursday 11^th June 2026.

All entries must be received by 8:00pm (BST) on Sunday 19 July 2026.

Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

How to Enter

Entry is limited to one entry per customer. To enter the competition, fill out the form on https://manorviewhotels.co.uk/hotels/commercial/world-cup/competition/  including all information requested.

Duplicate, bulk, automated, incomplete, or third-party entries will be disqualified.

No responsibility can be accepted for lost, delayed, corrupted, or misdirected entries.

The Prize

One winner will receive:

·      A £2,500 holiday voucher from redeemable towards travel to a destination of the winner’s choice; and

·      £1,000 spending money.

·      The holiday voucher must be redeemed and travel completed in line with the guidance and T&C’s of the gift voucher from Barrhead travel.

·      The spending money will be paid via bank transfer or another method determined by the Promoter.

Prize Conditions

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

Any costs exceeding the value of the prize, including but not limited to passports, visas, vaccinations, travel insurance, airport transfers, taxes, excursions, upgrades, food, beverages, or personal expenses, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

The winner is responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel and possess valid travel documentation.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for cancellations, delays, restrictions, or other issues caused by airlines, travel providers, weather events, government restrictions, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The winner will be contacted on Wednesday 22 July 2026 using the contact details provided at entry.

If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 7 days, or is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

Publicity

By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity related to the competition, including the use of their first name, general location, photographs, and/or likeness in promotional materials without additional compensation.

Data Protection

Personal information supplied during the course of this competition will only be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Data will only be used for the administration of the competition and prize fulfilment unless the entrant has separately consented to receive marketing communications.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant arising from entering the competition or accepting or using the prize.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded.

Fraud, Abuse & Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions, provides false information, acts fraudulently, or otherwise attempts to gain an unfair advantage.

General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or where required by law.

The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of the competition is final and binding.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
