The Busby Hotel is proudly home to Clarkston restaurant & bar, Carters. It is the perfect setting to drink & dine, whilst enjoying an elegant and relaxed atmosphere. With options to dine in our range of ambient booths for a more intimate setting, or relax near our front facing windows that flood the restaurant with natural daylight.
Our European and Scottish inspired A La Carte Menu is filled with a range of traditional hearty dishes with a Carters twist, guaranteeing something to suit all taste buds. We also offer our Riverside menu with 2 courses for £17 served 12pm-6pm 7 days a week. Private Dining is available for those special occasions that are worth celebrating, and we have our Explorers menu for your little foodies.

Riverside Menu
Our two-course Riverside Menu is full of all your favourites and is perfect for a quick bite to eat over lunch or a leisurely get-together with friends in the afternoon. Just £17 for a starter and a main. Go all out and treat yourself to a dessert, too, for just £5.
Available Monday-Saturday from 12pm-6pm.
Sunday Roast
Enjoy a slow-roast beef platter or our roast of the day, served with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and gratins, crispy Yorkshire puddings, and lashings of gravy. We also have a selection of delicious sharing starters and our delectable Deluxe Double Sundae for dessert!
We've got the little ones covered too, with our kid's mini roasts and puds.

Are you looking for an afternoon of sweet and savoury indulgence? Enjoy three tiers of flavoursome sandwiches, delicious handmade cakes and treats, and a hot brew of your choice, or make it a sparkling occasion with the option to add a glass of prosecco.

For tables of 12 or more, we have a Celebration Menu filled with specially selected dishes, to be enjoyed with your nearest and dearest.
PLUS, when you book, your guests will receive a complimentary glass of fizz on arrival. And, if you happen to be celebrating a BIRTHDAY, the birthday king or queen will enjoy their meal for FREE!
T&Cs apply: Free glass of bubbly applies to 12 or more people when choosing the Celebration Menu for all guests. Free meal for the birthday guest applies to two courses from the Celebration menu.
